Flight fanciers can take the first flap towards holding a helicopter pilot's licence with Adventure 001’s rotary experience. Guests will be greeted on arrival to the base with a cup of tea or coffee before being given an introduction and safety briefing by a CAA licensed helicopter pilot. Then, customers will head onto the airstrip for a hands-on 20-minute lesson in a two-seater training helicopter, while proud spectators brandishing cameras can stay on the ground to capture the fly-away glory. The experience will last roughly four hours in total and concludes with a guided tour of Adventure 001's hangars and helicopters, plus a talk on career options for pilots.
