Putting taste buds in a dancing mood, this colourful Camden-based restaurant turns out authentic Brazilian and Caribbean cuisine to warm up any appetite. CocoBamboo matches its lively flavours with late-night club events and Latin-inspired DJ sets, while its bar shakes up a zesty selection of cocktails. With vegetarian and meat-loving tastes catered for, the eatery concocts lunches, party spreads, and exotic snacks, as well as running regular Caipirinha making classes to coach aspiring mixologists.

Taking their seats amid the restaurant’s flamboyant decor, diners may begin with refreshing starters such as a grilled goats’ cheese salad with pesto, croutons, and crunchy Brazil nuts and peppers. I went to Coco Bamboo for the first time at the beginning of January and if you like caipirinhas and mojitos definitely you should visit! As for the food, I'd suggest the fish soup as the starter and steak for main - one of the best steak I’ve tasted so far! My friend got the grilled seafood, it was also very nice. Overall, it was a very pleasant place to spend a Friday evening! Only thing, music was a bit too loud in the restaurant area.
