Concocting fragrant lotions and moulding sweet smelling soaps, Handcraft Bodycare unveil the rose-tinted secrets of top beauty spas with hands-on workshops. The dexterous team are based by Tower Bridge Road, and invite visitors to customise their own scented lotions and bath bombs, or pick up some ready-made candles or face creams.
Stepping into the aromatic centre for one of eight weekly class times, body crafters can learn how to shape some fruity products of their own. Choosing from a course for cold press soap and bath teas (£109), or body butter and lotion making (£125), clients will learn how to create beautifying items from scratch. Enhancing lotions with coconut and Shea butter, or infusing soaps with essential and fragrance oils, guests can stir together products before taking their creations home. The on-site shop opens its doors before customers pack up and leave, offering 15% off items purchased on the day.
