The South London-based dance studio also provides performers for weddings, club nights, and birthday bashes alike.
Moving to the beat of traditional Punjabi instruments, dancing shoes will begin to improve stamina and coordination with six one-hour bhangracise classes. As well as providing an enjoyable way to keep active, the sessions also aim exploring various dance steps, techniques and routines that have a fitness-conscious side kick.
