Blending together cookery and language, this school serves up a fun new way to bring linguistic skills to rise. Classes are taught by native speakers, bringing a generous dash of authenticity to the group-based proceedings. Flavouring Clapham High Street, the school invites both adults and children to whip up sweet language know-how.
Lasting two hours, the class is designed to teach the art of traditional Italian cookery, with students trying their hand at pizzas and crostata. While cooking up colourful Italian bites, students can test out a few Italian phrases, getting into the swing of la dolce vita. A glass of wine will serve as a fruity mascot, adding a little extra flavour to the class. Once things have come to a close, students can nibble on their creations or take them home for safe-keeping, along with recipe notes for future culinary creations.
