Inspired by the rich culture and carnival spirit of Spain, the Salvador's menu flaunts Iberian charm and a host of latin flavours. The restaurant's russet decor, candelabras and velvet curtains are drawn together by the atmospheric glow from orange lights. The extensively trained Spanish head chef rustles up paellas with piquancy, tapas resplendent with taste and fish dishes with finesse. Regular events include sangria evenings and Desert Island Discs themed nights. 
The Tuesday evening dining experience is accompanied by the Flamencana! show, which aims to encourage everyone to understand and enjoy the art of Flamenco through observation and participation. Eight tapas dishes are served to share between two, and come with a glass of Spanish Torre del Galla Reserva Cava each. Dishes include calamari with lemon and aioli, and chorizo de Leon.

Cannot get enough of the massive olives and the calamari - which was better than some i had in Barcelona. The service has always been excellent too. Great on a Saturday night if you have a late sitting.
