Each 60 minute personal training session will focus on exercises geared specifically towards achieving each client’s fitness goals. At a studio close to West Croydon station, paces will be pushed and heart rates elevated as all major muscle groups are engaged through a variety of routines. Seiza will also draw up a nutritional plan for each client and, in the last 15 minutes of each session, he will use his experienced hands to aid muscle recovery with a sports massage.
