Led by an internationally experienced network of dance enthusiasts, the Swing Patrol team infuses waves of pupils with rhythmic passion and step-based jollity. They bring to life a retro-style menu of possibilities, complete with 24 weekly classes in London, work at two major festivals, and swing dance workshops throughout the year. The moves of the Lindy Hop, Balboa, Charleston, solo jazz, and blues illuminate the dance floor and can all be learned alongside gaggles of likeminded swing lovers.
Six Lindy Hop, blues or Balboa dance classes can get learners grooving for 60 minutes a session. The gurus will lead groups of between 30-50 pupils, showing them the ins and outs of the chosen dance. A range of times and locations are on the cards, and the classes are designed for beginners, so nerves can be left at the door.
