A haven for rhythmic breathing and synchronised movements, Fitness on Fire helps patrons warm up for yoga classes in a specially heated facility. A varied selection of classes are led by a team of multi-disciplined instructors, who welcome all abilities. Located a few side plank stretches from Old Street tube station, the centre offers changing rooms with shower facilities for men and women, as well as lockers in which to tuck away towels.

Patrons can stretch out ten classes of hot yoga, lasting 60-90 minutes, over mornings, lunch-times and evenings seven days a week. Students can choose to explore approaches such as Ashtanga and Asana through breathing exercises and smooth moves, for progress towards postural expertise or limbo championship glory.
