Transport
Train: Indirect trains from Glasgow Central, Cardiff Central, Birmingham New Street, Manchester Piccadilly, and Birstol Parkway run to main London stations. Use Waterloo to connect to Richmond Rail Station which is less than one mile from the hotel.
Road: Take the M1 toward London before changing on to the A406 and following it into the A205 to Richmond.

Richmond Gate Hotel receives a nicely-maintained 3.5/5 rating on TripAdvisor. Reviewers say they adore the location and the quirky character, however a few aspects could be updated.
It is still as good, and a fantastic alternative to central London hotel. The facilities are great, cosy and classy traditional bar, smart restaurant and breakfast room and the rooms themselves are well decorated, larger than average and have character.
