Enticing tongues all over London town, The Cocoa Box hosts a sweet selection of candy-coated classes designed to unleash creativity and liberate chocoholic endorphins. Lessons provided by the company range from chocolate-making to cocktail and cupcake creation, with teachers dishing out secret recipes for patisserie and tasty tipples. Known for being the last ones sugar-stranding, the party-loving tutors hold sessions for children's parties, broods of party hens, and simply for the humble cake fan.
Sticky fingers can get to grips with coloured sugar paste, fondant icing, and flutters of butter frosting, getting to work creating miniscule masterpieces of edible glitter and two-tone buttercream. There will be chance to grasp the art of the piping bag, and idle hands will also be taught how to spin sugary webs into delicate roses and tulips for cupcakes that look too good to eat. Creations will be popped into a box and ribboned up, and artistes can take home a recipe sheet for future recreations.
