River Vltava Sightseeing Cruise
Weighing anchor on a fully guided sightseeing cruise, aquatic adventurers will be treated to a host of breath taking landmarks from the vantage of the River Vltava. Beginning with a courtesy, sailors will salute the city's regal past as they pass the grand Prague Castle before viewing the home of Czech opera at the neo-Renaissance National Theatre on the far bank. The cruise will continue by slinking beneath the antiquarian Charles Bridge’s medieval religious sculpture before moving on to explore the charming gingerbread features of Lesser Town.
A wealth of restaurants can be found in the Old Town district, just south of where the river bends beneath the park of Letenské Sady. Bars are found across the city, with a healthy smattering of traditional watering holes gracing the streets north of New Town. Grocery needs can be fulfilled almost anywhere in the city centre, while arts, crafts and traditional items can be located on most street corners. For guidance or information, the British Embassy is located on Thunovska 14, 118 00 Prague 1, while an HSBC bank can be found on V Celnici 5, just off Náměstí Republiky Metro station.
