While the majority of reviews focus on the accommodation and The Level restaurant is yet to receive widespread feedback, many visitors to the hotel have complimented the decor of the public spaces and the cuisine.
The hotel has recently undergone a makeover and all the downstair reception,bar [sic] and restaurants are all much improved and are very attractive.
