At the Fit in Fitness boot camp you will undertake a mixture of exercises in 8 x one hour sessions. This includes boxing, kickboxing and rugby style routines. The instructors use whatever is available in the park to add to the routine - trees, benches and in situ training equipment in some parks. Squats, press-ups, sit ups, plank, boxing, sprints - or how about wheelbarrows and leapfrog? The instructors use their sports science knowledge to improve your fitness level, increase your strength and endurance, and help you lose weight quickly - and whilst you're doing this you'll meet new people and have fun!
