Very well received by the reception desk. A nice outdoor patio overlooking the lake, where you can eat. The view is great !

Rooms are superb and each has it's [sic] own small outside patio area with lovely views of the gardens. Cooked breakfast was excellent in the dining room - again, with fantastic views over Frensham Pond. All in all a lovely place to stay.
