The technological tomfoolery, however, doesn’t overshadow a menu stocked with interesting tidbits and larger, more creative creations.
With £40 to spend on food and drink, diners can embark on a multi-layered culinary adventure. The choice of small dishes includes seafood gyoza dumplings served with yuzu (£5.45) and crispy five spiced pork belly (£8.50).
