Warming up Soho with Moroccan and Lebanese spice, Maison Touareg sets an appetising scene with interactive entertainment and comfortable, immersive decor. The restaurant's authentic ambience is strengthened by cosy red floor rugs and lavish gold decorations, while the menu is decorated with tagines, home-made breads, and creative cocktails. Entertainment includes belly dancing every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Duos can pull up a sofa and embark on some culinary globetrotting with a shared starter of any four mezze dishes (£18.95). Options include: makanek of spicy sausage with tomato relish, kafta meshwi of marinated grilled lamb, and kallaj of Lebanese bread stuffed with halloumi cheese. Mains offer choices such as a succulent mixed grill of chicken, lamb, and kafta (£15.50), a vegetable cous cous dish (£12.90), and meshwi samak, a platter of sea bass, grilled prawns, and deep fried squid (£17.50). Dinners can be topped off with sweet treats of baklawa, or home-made crêpes drizzled in honey and almonds (all £4.95).
Reviews
Maison Touareg was awarded a tantalising 4/5 by Google users, while both Yelp and TripAdvisor rated the restaurant 3.5/5. Diners complimented the décor and the quality of the Moroccan and Lebanese cuisine.
It's fairly large with a ground floor and lower level, although the traditional decor and lighting provides a warm, intimate ambience. There's also pavement seating outside so you can sit and watch busy London and all as it passes by ..... and there's always something to see.

The mezze selection arrived quickly and was a good mixture of vegetable and seafood appetizers with flatbread and accompanying dips - one a superb garlic mayonnaisse, aioli. We shared all of the dishes and enjoyed the amazing mixture of flavours and textures - from battered squid to delicious falafel. The main couses were similarly good and also arrived in good time but without any rush...
