Opening times: Mon–Sat, 10am-7.30pm and Sun 11am-5pm. Excludes limited editions and Pearly tights. If you wish to return an item purchased with your Groupon voucher please do so before the 31st January as the store will cease trading on this date. In the instance you wish to exchange a product after this date you will need to download our returns form http://www.prettypolly.co.uk/filedepository/Returns%20Form.pdf and post your items to the Derby address on the form. Please state your unique Groupon code on the returns form. Exchanges can be made until 29th February 2012. Pretty Polly are unable to accept the return of a product if the seal of the pack has been broken unless there is a product fault. We can only accept ladders as faults if they were present when you first opened them.
