A benvenuto to Tuscany within the Four Seasons, Canary Wharf, this elegant Italian restaurant offers vibrant décor, vivid flavours and al fresco dining on its terrace by the Thames. A glass-walled kitchen and knowledgeable staff help foodies get to the bottom of a sophisticated menu, while the large-windowed bar purveys a selection of accompanying cocktails. Seasonal choices, including innovative desserts and child-friendly treats, rely on fresh ingredients wherever possible and give an acutely modern take on classic Italian dining.
Dining duos begin with a choice of starter, such as scallops wrapped in pancetta, featuring seared leaks, cauliflower purée and muscovado sauce, before digging their forks into homemade cavatelli with pot-caught Devon crab, lemon and thyme essence. Next, pairs can catch a seared fillet of sea bass, served with smoked sautéed baby vegetables and basil puree potato. Roasted Barbary duck breast, with cooked pearl onion, figs and balsamic sauce, will have guests kissing their fingertips, while mango and passion fruit millefeuille provides a dolce finish.
