The offices are located amongst the square mile’s glassy forest of skyscrapers, and house the site for their three or six month entry-level interactive training courses.
At 6pm, rookie traders will take their seats on the trading floor, with the three and a half hours ahead packed with seminars and simulated trading experience. Mentoring from experienced traders will be coupled with seminars on trading fundamentals and technical analysis, along with tuition on using professional platforms. Participants can see first-hand how the financial markets operate with access to market news and data, plus they will have the chance to trade with the help of a mentor, and to fire questions at one of the head traders as the evening draws to a close.
