Designed to assist with undoing unwanted habits and behaviours, hypnotherapy allows therapist and client to work together within a relaxed environment to create a detailed course of action.
Customers will receive a ten minute initial consultation to determine suitability for the gastric band hypnotherapy, and to develop a personalised programme plan. Three 55 minute sessions will follow, where a tailored course will seek to encourage reformed habits and allow the experience of gastric band hypnotherapy. Alternatively, customers can choose to focus on calming a range of other ailments such as anxiety, stress or self-esteem. To complement the one-on-one element, a self-help CD is provided to aid the process between appointments.
