The purpose-built studio is captained by dedicated instructors who spin together dance, Pilates and gymnastics to create powerful aerial routines. The team lift the gravitational lid off creativity with classes for beginners and more advanced dancers alike.
Beginners are invited to get to grips with the basics of pole dancing during six 60 minute introductory classes. The sessions will take place over consecutive weeks, and will focus on improving strength, flexibility and co-ordination. A £10 discount will be offered to returning customers for further classes.
