Yummy Yummy World Buffet & Grill caters to appetites craving worldly tastes. Diners may pluck elements of Thai, Indian, Italian, Chinese or Mexican dishes to their hearts’ delights, with made to order stir fry, pasta and pizza also available. Satiated bellies will then be treated to dessert and a cup of tea or coffee.
Groupon asks Sarvesh Vyas, Head Chef at Yummy Yummy World Buffet and Grill in Maidstone to tell us a little more about globe-trotting gastronomy.
G: What's the culinary inspiration behind your buffet?
"Recreating the world’s favourite cuisines including those from Italy, India, China and Mexico. We also also inspired by Oriental methods using fresh vegetables and less oil, while combining spices with low cooking times."
G: What made you want to work in food?
"I have always been passionate about food, having grown up with great cooking at home by my parents." 
G: If you could have dinner with a famous person (living or dead, fact or fiction) who would it be and why?
"It would have to be Jamie Oliver. We would have a great conversation about food during the meal."
