Inner tigers are let out of their cages by the trainers at Primal Fitness, as they step into the boundless gymnasium of the great outdoors and unleash bodies in high intensity workouts. Reviving hunter-gatherer abilities, the team sprint, crawl, and throw their clients towards fitness goals targeting every muscle group with the aim of providing a full body workout.

Eight weeks of body blasting is up for grabs for one or two fitness seekers, with two classes available each week on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Taking place at Cavendish Park, the sessions are jammed full of group activities and solo circuits. Classic exercises such as press ups are undertaken alongside balance runs and medicine ball throws, to raise heart rates and set recruits on the path toward their weight management and fitness goals.
