Reviews
Cresta Court has inspired a number of guests to pen encouraging reviews of their stay, and Booking.com users award the hotel a highly respectable 7.6/10. While some guests had minor issues with room size and parking, reviews are, on the whole, very positive. Guests make particular mention of the quality of customer service.
All the staff, but especially reception, could not be more friendly and approachable. Nothing we asked for was too much trouble and they even recommended a couple of lovely resturants [sic] in the town for us. Our room was more than adequate for the length of time we were staying and had all the amenities you'd expect; TV with Freeview, tea and coffee making facilities, bath AND shower etc. The bed was very comfortable and we were promptly delivered extra pillows on request. Breakfast could not be faulted. Like that it was a buffet breakfast with a choice of both cooked and continental [sic]. Staff were very pleasant and kept us topped up with tea! Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and we will certainly be returning to stay here when we are next in the area.

We stayed for our third time in October and once again were made to feel very welcome, with all members of staff being very helpful and friendly. We would always consider using this hotel again and find it to be excellent value for money. Would certainly recommend. Great breakfast too !!!
