Meze was invented when overloaded dinner plates fell flat during one particularly heavy food fight, leading to the enlistment of smaller, more aerodynamic dishes. Wipe the plate clean of past disputes with today’s Groupon: £23.45 instead of £58 for a meze meal for two at Bouzouki By Night.
As one of the Northwest’s top nightspots, Bouzouki By Night boasts a menu that sizzles with a feast of Greek, Cypriot, and Eastern Mediterranean flavours, as well as a rocket fuelled combination of Greek dancing and live music. The fun and friendly staff specialise in the Greek meze banquet and aim to bring the tradition of sharing food between friends to their customers. This restaurant and club continues until 2am and has proved to be a top spot for any celebration, specialising in group bookings with its choice cuisine and fun, lively atmosphere. Everyone is included in the exciting and varied entertainment, so that ladies can use their stomachs for more than just eating with an attempt at belly dancing, and gentlemen can try their feet at mastering the steps of the ‘Wine Dance.’
Pairs of Groupon holders, on their own or as part of a gang, can expect to have their taste buds treated to an explosion of flavours with over 15 meze dishes, trying plates such as Aubergines Imam, fried Haloumi, and spicy Pastourmas sausage, plus a baklava dessert. Once stomachs have fully expanded and spoons have scraped the bottoms of dishes, guests will be invited to join in the singing and dancing with the restaurant’s resident band. Bouzouki by Night’s waiters will show dance loving diners the steps to Greek dances and the evening will continue with ‘surprises’ for the people that are celebrating. The party then continues into the night with a disco hour, where current chart tunes are blasted out along with a few of those well-loved golden oldies, for a celebration befitting the Greek gods.
The Restaurant has received a large number of reviews from diners who have been impressed by the authentic menu and lively atmosphere. OnionRing users noted the entertaining staff and excellent food, whilst Qype reviewers also remarked favourably.
Food is authentic Greek/Cypriot food and is brought to the table throughout the night. Absolutely excellent service! Starters are gorgeous and the main meals are to die for. The best thing about it however, is the entertainment.

Right from the start we were made to feel welcome and the service was excellent. The food was lovely & plenty of it, waiter service at the tables was great. After the meal, the waiters entertained us with some fab Greek dancing, then the fun began.
