About IPL for Thread Veins
This treatment is designed to reduce the appearance of redness on facial skin. A layer of cold gel is applied before Intense Pulsed Light is used in an attempt to create a clearer complexion in specific areas. A course of 4-6 treatments is recommended for best results, and the effects are not permanent. Any affected area can be targeted, except the beard area in men.

With their glittering array of health and beauty treatments, Harmony Spa’s legion of savvy specialists treat the residents of Oldham and surrounding areas. Boasting five private treatment rooms, this blissful hub invites clients to try IPL hair removal, soak up the atmosphere in their steam room and hammam, or put hot stones on the table with a massage. The spa is open six days a week, and until 8pm on Thursday and Friday.
The Sessions
The session will begin with a consultation to assess suitability, and a patch test if required. A therapist will apply the gel to the chosen area and pass the machine over the surface. Sessions will last approximately 30 minutes, and clients are advised to leave two weeks between each go.
