The fresh and modern facility is inhabited by qualified personal trainers with a variety of specialisations, on hand to give advice and tips to those keen to get down to their natural fighting weight. Focussed and organised training comes in the form of daily fitness classes and the hard-core Hatton Boot Camp.
Ten rounds with the equipment and classes at the gym are available for those in search of a prize-fighter’s physique. A full selection of cardio machines, free weights, and resistance equipment is available and post-workout unwinding can be carried out in the separate male and female saunas. Classes are also available each day and include ladies-only boxing, mixed boxing, circuit training, and Pilates.
