Packing an energetic, adrenaline-fuelled punch, Keswick Adventure brings 20 years of action-activity experience to the outdoor enthusiasts of Cumbria. The intrepid explorers bound around the Lake District National Park in a broad range of activities for thrill seekers of all ages, including scrambling, abseiling and canoeing. They also provide corporate team building activities, single days out for fun-filled families, and weeks away for prolonged excitement.

Meeting on-location at Middleton-in-Teesdale, participants will first get kitted up with a wetsuit, neoprene shoes and gloves. A full safety briefing follows, before two and a half hours of splashing around in a giant tube, including the infamous Dog-Leg which is classified as Grade Four White Water. The experience will include a descent of waterfalls and rapids, with an optional seven metre jump as the grand finale.
