The general ambiance of the hotel was most welcoming. On arrival in reception you are given the impression of 'days-gone-by', but with the 21st century sympathetically installed. Staff couldn't have been more helpful in ensuring that everything was available for you. I look forward to having another business appointment on the Wirral as I will definitely seek to make a return booking here.
