About The Event
Transforming Rock & River’s 180 acre Lancashire farm into an outdoor fête, the Mawdesley Lakefest will provide eager scamperers with adrenaline-filled activities provided alongside the melodious tunes of a plethora of folk bands. Zip lines will criss-cross the green terrain, and amateur archers can practise their skill before steeling their nerves for a bucking bronco ride in the arcade game area. With face painting and an inflatable slide also on-site, the festival will foster a fun carnival atmosphere, building up to headline band The Bogtrotters, whose country-style work has been heard internationally.

Other Attractions
Dotting the festival grounds with cool ice cream stalls and coffee bars, Lakefest will offer plenty of nibbles and sips for kids and adults alike.
