Although offering accessible and round-the-clock sustenance, diners don't usually appreciate being prodded with cutlery. Find something else to chew on with today's Groupon: £30 for a two course meal for two with a Champagne cocktail each at The Twisted Med.

Sailing through pan-Mediterreanean fare from Lebanon in the east to Portugal in the west, The Twisted Med is a sea of homely grub. Food at the restaurant is served up with a fine-dining accent, towered and twisted on fashionable plates, ready to amuse many a bouche. The menu is complemented by a classic dining room which is framed by rail arches and exposed brickwork; all illuminated by the romance of candelight.

Diners can tuck into two courses, with starters featuring pan seared scallops served on a bed of sweet potato puree and rocket leaves topped with crispy pancetta (£8.75), or a mango, prawn, and chilli-marinated crayfish tower dressed with spiced crème fraiche (£7.25). Mains include 7oz balsamic-glazed fillet steak with chargrilled asparagus (£19.95) and marinated lamb cutlets with chorizo, baby onions, carrots, and sautéed potatoes (£17.75). Those skipping a starter can satisfy their sweet tooth with a pudding, and Champagne cocktails can be switched for a glass of wine (up to £7.95) from the extensive collection.
