Having shown the benefits of yoga to members of Great Britain’s swimming team, Katie Giannoulatos continues on her quest to bring this millennia old exercise to the masses. Travelling from classroom to boardroom sharing her knowledge, Katie provides workshops and classes for budding yogis as she helps to dispel some of the typical associations that have built up around the practice. With a successful book release already under her belt she is now spreading her knowledge through a variety of different media, including CDs.
The resource pack features several cards, each detailing a specific yoga posture, with pictures and easy to follow instructions. These allow students of all ages and abilities to grasp the essentials of yogic practice, and learn to tell their downward dogs from their half-moons.
