The qualified instructors are on a mission to motivate in the great outdoors, imparting fitness know-how along the way. With varying levels of classes, attendees of all shapes and sizes are welcome, from road runners to sofa bunnies.
For those looking to give health regimes a rubber-soled kick in the right direction, patrons will be able to participate in up to three classes over the course of one week, each lasting around one hour and held at the location of Prissick Base. Classes will include a varied combination of strengthening and cardio drills, taught in groups in the morning and evenings.
