Showcasing his culinary prowess on the first series of MasterChef, The Professionals in 2008, Dan Cameron is the eponymous head chef at Cameron’s Brasserie. The menus at the Stoney Stratford eatery rotate according to the seasons, and feature locally sourced flavour, with all cheese dishes originating from the goats’ cheese specialists at Wobbly Bottom Farm in Hitchen. With a wine list harbouring over 100 bottles, there’s a tipple to suit every dish and all manner of seasoned palates, as well as coffee and cupcakes for sweet toothed sophistication.

Rocking up in a pair or gaggles of pecking buddies, teams can get comfortable in the airy restaurant interiors, or out in the walled courtyard. The antipasti platter feature Italian goodies of Napoli salami, mixed olives, and balsamic vinegar, with piri piri hummus and cured tomato for dipping. Alternatively, a cheese platter will feature six cheeses which alternate day to day, served with toasted raisin and walnut loaf and toasted focaccia, all with the necessary coating of chutney and jam.
Reviews
Cameron’s Brasserie received tasty scores of 4/5 from both TripAdvisor and Qype users. Diners noted the restaurant’s efficient service and friendly atmosphere, though special praise went to the quality of the food itself.
The restaurant has a really great buzz to it. It's light and airy, and there are plenty of staff, which meant that the service was efficient, and also very friendly.

The restaurant is just the right size to ensure that you are well looked after but not intrusively. The food is always excellent. I would happily say that it is the finest food in the area which is why I travel from Northampton to visit so regularly.
