Wheeling over traditional exercise methods, ElliptiGO use their stylishly-designed elliptical trainer bikes to aid in getting fit and healthy. The custom-built ElliptiGO bike combines the benefits of running, cycling, and cross-training, and is used as a low impact alternative training method. The Milton Keynes branch of the fast-growing community of ElliptiGoers meets regularly at the Kingston Shopping Centre.
Each 45 minute session packs in a pulse raising cardio workout as well as giving a strength inducing blast to the legs and glutes. Group sessions are available on Sunday mornings and Monday and Tuesday evenings.
