Providing kids with playtime while giving adults time out, Forest Fitness is an indoor adventure centre designed to satisfy appetites for exploration. Grown-ups are able to expend some energy of their own with various fitness classes delivered by on-site personal trainers, while under-twos get their very own play area, together with organised sing-a-longs and activities. For all other ages, themed parties are available to entertain with arts and crafts, 'create a bear', and disco dances among the array of excitements.
Men and women of all ability levels can jump to the beat of Zumba, Body Blitz or Fit Ball, designed to get hearts racing for around one hour. Ten sessions, all of one kind or mixed-and-matched, will be available to take at any point throughout the validity period on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. Those with children can leave youngsters in the capable hands of the staff at the Enchanted Forest, where they will be looked after until after each class.
