Would-be practitioners of neurolinguistic programming can participate in a two-day course. Covering an introduction to NLP and its origins, the course aims to teach participants how to utilise the practice in daily life. Students will also be given an insight into trance and self-hypnosis to aid the combating of phobias and alleviation of stress, among other things. The course runs on 21 and 22 September, from 10am to 4pm, with those successfully completing both days receiving a certificate of attendance.
NLP Coach sees Jay Arnott, along with trainer Gary Lintern, provide introductory and practitioner certificate courses in the Newcastle upon Tyne area. In addition, NLP and clinical hypnotherapy is on offer to clients using various approaches, ranging from outdoor therapy to humour therapy.
