The system uses high speed cameras to measure launch force, direction, lift and spin, and simulate ball flights on to a projected screen while simultaneously providing replays of swings between shots so any wobbly whacking can be amended.

Up to four players can step in from the streets and pitch up on the digital verdant expanses of one of over 100 of the most famous greens in the world. Playing for one or two hours, shots can be counted up and scores settled all out of reach from the elements. Shouts of fore and calls for the imaginary crowd to be quiet are optional.
