In preparation for the bear invasion, Zap Combat Centre has transformed 40 acres of Stocking Wood in Broxbourne into fortified positions and tactical landscapes. While the night watch patiently prepare for the grizzlies, the day shift let thrill seeking plebeians in to fight messy paintball melees, or paint dodging laser tag skirmishes. The well-organized carnage is complete once participants are let loose with Proto Switch face masks, DPM camouflage, Rhino battle packs, and high spec Inferno MkII semi-automatic paintball guns.

Today's Groupon permits no paws for thought as holders can get a full day paintballing, 9am-4.30pm, with a hundred paintballs for £3.
