Established 19 years ago, Sugarshack has grown into a giant cake cosmetologist, schooling in, selling, exporting, and importing all kinds of sugary beautifications and paraphernalia. Now boasting a 1,500 square ft shop, these City and Guilds qualified confectioners teach all kinds of cakey skills from the necessary to the novelty. Covering the basics of baking, including decorating, use of tools, sets, accessories, icing, gels and pastes, this hands-on course allows the sweet tooth to go wild with indulgence. Seasonally-specific classes can also be chosen, including a Spring and Easter themed class.
