Dim Sum House dishes up a taste of the East, with piles of dumplings, noodles and seafood all featured on the extensive menu. Teams can dig in to a choice of set menu, with one featuring a hot appetiser platter, and chicken with chilli and black bean sauce, and another offering a dim sum basket and salt and pepper prawns. Alternatively, a vegetarian option brings spring rolls and a ma po to-fu dish (all usually £32).
