Having launched the RA academy in January 2012, Reeta Arora now boasts a hair and make-up studio that styles-up ladies for TV, special occasions, or glitzy nights on the tiles. Beautifying classes range from absolute beginners’ lessons, to training for those who want to hone their eyelining. Whole day workshops that leap in to the deep end of cosmetic instruction are also on the cards. Using products from MAC and Dior, Reeta’s classes focus on attention to detail, tailoring to individual faces with an artistic exploration of colour and themes.

The class will begin with three hours of make-up training, where students can pick up the tricks of the trade using all the aesthetic trinkets provided. Classes of up to 25 can get to grips with eyebrow shaping using threading and tweezers, before moving on to an hour of facial instruction, including the techniques behind Japanese facial massage. Each freshly-informed pupil will receive a facial from either another student or a tutor, before departing brimming with beauteous knowledge and clutching a goody bag to boot.
