Placed in the Roman town of the same name, The Bull at Towcester is a traditional British pub seasoned with flavoursome gastro fare, including steaks sourced directly from the local butcher. British banquets could include the likes of the hearty mixed grill with rump and gammon steaks, pork and apple sausage, a quarter piri piri chicken, egg, and chips (£19.95), the 10z rib-eye steak (£16.25), or the 8oz sirloin steak (£14.25) all accompanied by plum tomatoes, flat mushrooms, chips, and a watercress salad. If a steak dinner doesn’t tickle the fancy, plates be swapped for an alternative dish from the à la carte menu, such as lamb shanks dressed in red wine and mint sauce (£14.95) or the wild mushroom pappadelle (£9.95).

Deligted [sic] with every aspect. The welcome was warm, excellent ale - London Pride was very well kept. Restaurant is a very pleasant area. Staff were attentive. We all enjoyed our meals and would certainly go back.
