Having a square meal is usually deemed the most nutritious way to dine but rarely seems to fit on a round plate. Choose your own crockery with today's Groupon from Chillis. Choose from the following options:
• £18 for an Indian takeaway banquet for two with poppadoms and naan (Up to 65% Off)• £35 for an Indian takeaway banquet for four with poppadoms and naan (Up to 66% Off)

With a red-hot menu of spicy delights at the ready, Chillies’ Sherwood HQ serves up contemporary Indian cuisine with influences from a merry band of other Asian flavours. The colourful menu offers equal edibles for dining in the airy red and green restaurant or from the comfort of the sofa. While mild dishes are designed to favour the sensitive palate, heat fiends can sample the fire power of the chef’s specialities, and there’s plenty up for grabs for veggie diners as well.
Picking up a slice of cultural cuisine, two or four domestic diners can forge a feast, beginning with a poppadum each and the obligatory bundle of chutneys (£3.15 between two). Starting dishes can include a mixed chilli special (£6.95) or a crispy vegetable puri (£3.95), while the main event could feature a lamb murgh masala (£10.95) or a hefty platter of chilli grilled king prawn, lamb, and chicken (£14.95). The less carnivorous can tuck in to a vegetable biryani (£6.95), and while all mains come with rice, each twosome can also split a naan from the likes of chicken tikka garlic (£3.95) or Keema cheese (£2.50).

Reviews
Though still to be widely reviewed by visitors, Chillis Restaurant was rated a red hot 4.5/5 by TripAdvisors who were eager to praise the restaurant’s helpful staff and the quality of the cuisine.
Upon arrival we were greeted by smiling waiters and shown to our table. The menu was shown to us and the staff were most helpful in advising us about the various dishes. Both my wife’s and my starters were fine and freshly spiced. I had the Indian mixed grill and my wife had a Korma. Both were cooked to perfection and the portions were not only large but very tasty.

The food is very good. I recommend the prawn puri as a starter - medium spiced with a little bit of fresh corriander. As for the mains, the Goan fish curry is excellent with just the right amount of spiciness that complements the delicate flavour of the fish rather than overwhelms it.
