The Inn
This 500-year old coaching inn not only houses a medieval-styled restaurant but also a large glossy field for plenty of happy campers and caravans. Pitched tents will be surrounded by sweeping rolls of the Peak District on all sides, while on-site showers and toilet facilities are available alongside electric hook-ups. If the camp chef needs a night off, the summer menu in the restaurant can furnish bellies with delights that include Guinea fowl with parsley mash or rocket, pesto, and feta tagliatelle.

Groupon Recommends
Stride out from the hotel's doorstep into the treasured national park, rambling along winding paths that trace across England's ridged spine. Hop in the car and drive approximately 10 miles through the park to Chatsworth House for an afternoon's exploration, which hosts a vast art collection and extensive grounds fit for the most professional of period dramatists. Alternatively, take the car six miles down the road to Bakewell to explore the town's architecture and seek out the eponymous tart. Information on arranging horse riding, mountain biking, and guided walks can all be found at the visitor centre in Bakewell.
