Something a little out of the ordinary, the award-winning chefs at Holi present an enticing fusion of traditional and contemporary Indian cuisine, accompanied by a range of sumptuous sundries and sides. An alluring prospect for bean counters, Holi is a neatly presented affair of soft lighting, mellow colours, and black leather chairs, all punctuated by a vibrant wall painting depicting traditional Indian society.
