Andrea Ridgard is a highly experienced colonic hydrotherapist, having trained at one of the
(ARCH) approved colonic hydrotherapy training colleges Andrea is the lead therapist at Natural
Colon and has been a registered nurse since 1997. Under her supportive care we can guarantee
that you will receive one of the best treatments available. With our usual eating behaviour
exceedingly high quantities of denatured food poor in fibre, with too much fat and sugar,
preservatives and other chemical additives, we put our intestines under permanent stress. We
do not chew sufficiently and eat too hectically - all this, but also psychological problems
can lead to troubles with the intestines and the digestion.
Colonic hydrotherapy or irrigation is a gentle internal bath using warm purified water that
can help eliminate stored faecal matter, gas, mucus and toxic substances from your colon. The
colonic itself will take around 30 – 45 minutes during which time water will be gently
introduced into the colon via the rectum, whilst your therapist uses a massage technique on
the abdomen to stimulate the release of stored faecal matter from the lining of the colon.
