Universally revered for her environmental conscience, Mother Nature’s dinner parties suffer woeful attendance rates as a result of her compost toilet. Answer nature’s call with today’s Groupon: £19 instead of £48 for a triple activity package with outdoor laser combat, archery and hawk walks at Rosliston Forestry Centre.
In the heart of the National Forest, Rosliston Forestry Centre is a naturist’s utopia where kingfishers, butterflies and centaurs come together in a serene woodland environment. As well as offering holiday packages, fishing, climbing walls and guided walks, the centre plays host to a number of special events giving Mother Nature fans the chance to learn about nocturnal creatures of the night sky, attend theatre performances and get hands on with camera obscura workshops.
Adventurous Groupon holders will get the chance to test their natural mettle with a wonderfully varied assortment of woodland exploits. The triple activity package has more nature pursuits than you could shake a stick at, and buccaneers aged nine and up will test squinty aims with archery, target pocket money-withholders in outdoor laser combat, and discover flights of nature on a hawk walk.
Reviews
The Rosliston Forestry Centre is not widely reviewed, however several TripAdvisors identify it as a great outdoor facility.
A really well looked-after outdoor centre. Perfect for kids - it has a lovely outside play area and various short-ish woodland walks.

The indoor facilities are superb from a soft ball play area to an excellent food hall. There is a good range of swings for all ages, but the best thing is the superb woodland walks in and around the National Forest.
