Dippers can choose to lie in swishing serenity for one or three sessions, perhaps turning off the lights and popping in a pair of earplugs for maximal calm. Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes, and can be followed up by a chill-out session in the centre’s dedicated relaxation room.
